ArchDaily is currently recruiting Social Media Collaborators to bolster its dynamic content team. These collaborators will be instrumental in converting ArchDaily's rich content into captivating, high-impact digital formats tailored for diverse social media platforms.
The position demands a proactive approach to content creation and re-packaging, alongside a strong aptitude for teamwork and innovative thinking, all aimed at disseminating architectural discourse to a worldwide audience. Key responsibilities include curating and adapting ArchDaily's material for platforms ranging from Instagram carousels to TikTok videos and LinkedIn posts. Collaborators are expected to analyze content performance to inform future strategies, actively participate in community engagement and growth, and introduce novel ideas for presenting architecture online while adhering to ArchDaily's editorial standards. This role requires close collaboration with content and design teams, as well as adaptability to evolving priorities.
Prospective candidates should ideally have two to three years of experience in social media, with a preference for backgrounds in the design and architecture sectors. A keen eye for compelling architectural stories is crucial, and direct experience managing organic social media accounts, particularly with a strong grasp of TikTok's dynamics, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must, with Spanish or Portuguese being advantageous. The role necessitates an organized, self-motivated individual capable of overseeing multiple platforms and meeting deadlines independently. Proficiency in architectural photography, videography, and video editing is highly valued. Candidates should also demonstrate strong team-player qualities, a solution-oriented mindset, and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and various social analytics platforms. The position is remote-based, requiring comfort with cross-functional teams and different time zones, with flexibility for travel to cover events and exhibitions, including on-site photography and video editing.
