The B Nesta Residence, envisioned and brought to life by UOS Architecture Studio, represents a modern paradigm for urban living in Denpasar, Bali. This comprehensive development, spanning 2400 square meters and completed in 2025, goes beyond mere accommodation, aspiring to cultivate an environment that nurtures both individual well-being and collective interaction within a vibrant community. It gracefully combines private residences with an array of communal facilities, addressing the contemporary need for connection in an increasingly dense urban landscape.

Project Spotlight: B Nesta Residence – A New Urban Sanctuary in Denpasar

In the bustling western region of Denpasar, Bali, an innovative residential complex known as B Nesta has emerged, designed by the forward-thinking UOS Architecture Studio. This expansive project, finalized in the year 2025, occupies a generous area of 2400 square meters. The complex masterfully blends private living with extensive shared amenities, creating a harmonious environment for its inhabitants.

B Nesta comprises a total of 20 modern apartment units and five exclusive townhouses, each boasting its own private swimming pool, offering residents a touch of luxury and seclusion. Beyond these private spaces, the development is thoughtfully equipped with a variety of shared facilities designed to foster community and convenience. These include a welcoming communal kitchen, ideal for shared culinary experiences, a dedicated meeting room for residents' professional or social gatherings, and a versatile multifunctional rooftop space that provides panoramic views and opportunities for relaxation or events.

A standout feature of B Nesta is its impressive 25-meter public swimming pool, a central hub for leisure and recreation for all residents. The architectural philosophy behind B Nesta emphasizes not just providing dwellings, but curating a complete residential experience that promotes relaxation, encourages meaningful interaction among neighbors, and strengthens the overall sense of belonging within the community.

UOS Architecture Studio, under the lead of architect Banyu Priautama and captured through the lens of photographer Indra Wiras, has crafted a space where modern design meets the rich cultural context of Bali, utilizing materials like brick to create an aesthetic that is both contemporary and rooted in its locale. The project's comprehensive design team included Yoga Adhitya as Lead Team, Bagus Komang, Galang K, and Pasek A for Design, Tudots Studio for Interior Design, Alas Design Studio for Landscape Architecture, and Design ACE handling General Contractor and Project Management, with Gede Mertanadi overseeing Engineering & Consulting, and AMEP Design for MEP systems.

This expansive project, conceived by HB ARCHITECTS and NATURE TIME ART, occupies a substantial plot measuring approximately 15,600 square meters. The site's distinct characteristics—its elongated and narrow shape, minimal elevation changes, proximity to an irrigation canal, and immersion within agricultural surroundings—have profoundly influenced the design approach.

During initial site assessments, it was observed that the land had previously hosted a village, with most structures already dismantled, leaving behind only a couple of residential buildings. This historical context and the predominantly rural landscape guided the architectural vision. The project, encompassing a total area of 17,600 square meters, is anticipated to be finalized by 2025. It seeks to establish a harmonious connection with its natural and cultural setting, embodying a design philosophy that honors the environment and local traditions.

The collaborative efforts of HB ARCHITECTS and NATURE TIME ART, led by principal architects Bin He, Erxun Lai, and Jinjing Wei, aim to deliver a structure that not only serves its functional purpose as a hotel but also resonates with the tranquil beauty of its rural location.
