Situated in the serene locale of Alibag, India, the CASAVIVA Residence is a contemporary masterpiece envisioned and brought to life by the esteemed architectural firm SHROFFLEóN. The project, which reached its completion in the year 2025, showcases an impressive area of 20,000 square feet, standing as a significant residential development in the region. Key figures in its creation include lead architects Kayzad Shroff and Maria I J Leon, with support from a dedicated design team comprising Neviya Kadu, Pooja Bhimjiani, and Manmeet Thandi. The structural integrity was overseen by Engineering Creations Consultancy (I) Pvt. Ltd and Delux for civil engineering, while Integrated Technical Services managed the MEP aspects. The residence seamlessly blends a variety of materials, notably glass and concrete, to craft a dynamic interplay with its surroundings.
