The Universidad Católica de Córdoba is transforming its campus with the HUB UCC, a 650 m² innovation center designed by BLT Arquitectos and slated for completion in 2025. Spanning over 30,000 square meters, this park, situated in the Villa district on the southern periphery of Bonate Sotto, Italy, has historically preserved its character as a sprawling orchard, resisting the encroaching urbanization of its surroundings. The pavilion, a creation of CN10 architetti, embodies a contemporary architectural vision seamlessly integrated into this cherished natural setting, offering a modern facility for public enjoyment and interaction.

Brolo Park Pavilion: A Community Hub in Bonate Sotto

In the heart of Bonate Sotto, Italy, within the expansive 30,000 square meter green oasis of Brolo Park, a new architectural marvel has emerged. Completed in 2026 by the esteemed firm CN10 architetti, and spearheaded by lead architect Gianluca Gelmini, this 250 square meter pavilion is a key component of a broader initiative to rejuvenate this historic orchard.
