To effectively scale intelligence horizontally within an enterprise, businesses should initiate experimentation with a single cross-functional workflow that involves three to four teams and currently requires human authorization for handoffs. Pandey advises setting up a small multi-agent system on open, interoperable infrastructure with measurable baselines.
