Situated on a serene, sloping street in Sakai, this 213 square meter home masterfully balances privacy with an expansive sense of openness, showcasing innovative design and thoughtful material selection.

A Secluded Haven on a Gentle Slope: Designing for Ultimate Privacy in Sakai

Perched gracefully on an incline within a tranquil residential area, the Moment Residence is ingeniously enveloped by a retaining wall and a surrounding enclosure. This design choice effectively shields the home's inner sanctuary from the street below, ensuring an exceptional level of seclusion for its inhabitants.

Architectural Vision and Craftsmanship: The Team Behind Moment Residence

The distinguished project was brought to life by APOLLO Architects & Associates, under the expert curation of Miwa Negoro. Satoshi Kurosaki served as the lead architect, guiding the vision from conception to completion. Structural engineering was provided by Motoi Nomura Structures, while Sakamaki Facility Design Office handled the facility engineering. Ripple design contributed their expertise in lighting, and the construction was meticulously carried out by Kajikame Corporation.
