City Tower One, a striking 358-meter (1,175 ft.) skyscraper designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners, has recently become a focal point in Dubai's dynamic skyline. This 93-story mixed-use development, which opened for leasing in June 2026, is situated in the bustling Trade Centre First district, bridging Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Badaa Road. Its prominent location places it directly across from architectural landmarks such as Hazel Wong's Emirates Towers and Killa Design's Museum of the Future. The building's significant contribution to Dubai's urban landscape and its everyday presence have been masterfully documented by local photographer Ahmad Alnaji, founder of SARAB Art Production, whose work frequently illuminates the visual identity of the region's most iconic structures, including those by Foster + Partners and UNStudio.
The tower's residential offerings are diverse, encompassing everything from studio apartments to luxurious four-bedroom penthouses and duplexes. Alongside these living spaces, City Tower One also integrates extensive office and retail areas. A notable design choice is the low-density floor plan, with an average of eight to nine residences per floor, and nearly half of all units being spacious three-bedroom homes, ensuring a sense of exclusivity and comfort.
